Key issues Families in Business neglect to address in detail


Successful family businesses reach a point in their life cycle where the founders can no longer be expected to have a handle the many processes and procedures that need attention on a regular basis.

The chart shown highlights the most common issues I find are not properly handled and which need detailed planning and a strategy developed.

The two that can have a serious effect on the directors and the company reputation are concerning workplace safety and employment regulations and internal culture.
