You can achieve harmony with a family transition from one generation to the next when the founders learn to stick their nose in and keep their fingers out

I once suggested a couple of these action to a second generation family member and received an adverse response that surprised me. They did want any boundaries and wanted freedom to set their own times and work role that suited their private lifestyle.

Sometimes you have to take a position of what's good for the business first before individual family member personal requirements.
